1. About Dion Studio

Dion Studio is operated by Disorn Jangsamsee, an individual based in Thailand.

2. Accounts

• An account is required to buy or claim digital products, because every file is tied to your account.
• Use accurate details and keep your password private. Activity on your account is your responsibility.
• If you are under 20, please get a parent or guardian's consent before signing up or paying.
• Dion Studio may suspend accounts that are misused, for example shared accounts or redistributed files.

3. Prices and payment

• Digital product prices are shown in Thai baht and are the amount you pay. No extra fees are added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe using the methods shown at checkout, such as credit card, debit card or PromptPay. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on this website.
• An order is complete once Stripe confirms the payment.

4. Delivery of digital products

• After a successful payment, the product appears in My Library right away.
• You can download it again as often as you need while your account is active.
• Compatible software and versions are listed on each product page. Please check them before buying.

5. License

Buying or claiming a product gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. Copyright in the files remains with Dion Studio.

• You may use it in personal projects, commercial work and paid client projects, with no limit on the number of projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute or share the source files, or include them in any template, pack or product that you sell or give away.
• If these terms are breached, Dion Studio may revoke the license and suspend the account.

6. Refunds

Digital products are delivered to your library and can be downloaded immediately after payment, so refunds are not offered for a change of mind.

You are entitled to a fix, a replacement file or a full refund if:

• you were charged but the product never reached your library and the issue cannot be fixed
• the file is corrupted or unusable and Dion Studio cannot fix or replace it within 7 days of your report
• the product is materially different from its description on the product page
• you were charged more than once for the same order

Please report within 30 days of purchase to contact@dion-studio.com with your account email and order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 15 days of confirming the case.

If something is wrong with a payment, please contact Dion Studio before filing a dispute with your bank so it can be resolved quickly.

7. Services (Hero Content Editing and Motion Design)

Services follow the quotation agreed for each project. Where the quotation differs from these terms, the quotation applies.

• Work, and the timeline, start once the quotation is confirmed, the 50% deposit is received, and the script, footage and brand assets are all in.
• The remaining 50% is due before unwatermarked final files are delivered, unless the quotation sets different payment terms.
• The deposit is non-refundable once concept work has started or a production slot has been booked.
• Two rounds of revisions are included. One round is feedback gathered and sent in a single batch, within the approved scope. Extra rounds are quoted before any work begins.
• Changing the script, concept, story order or visual direction after approval is a change request, which is re-quoted and rescheduled.
• Feedback that arrives late moves the delivery date by the same number of days.
• You confirm you have the right to use the files, logos, footage and content you provide for the project.
• The base price includes commercial use on your brand's website, organic and paid social. Use on TV, cinema, OTT, out-of-home, resale or third-party licensing is agreed and quoted separately.
• Project source and working files are not included unless stated in the quotation.
• Dion Studio does not guarantee views, sales or any platform results.
• Dion Studio may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask in writing, before work starts, for it to stay confidential.
• Project files are kept for 1 month after delivery.
• Where withholding tax applies, please send the withholding tax certificate afterwards.

8. Intellectual property

Text, images, videos, logos and work on this website belong to Dion Studio or are used with permission. Do not copy them or use them commercially without permission. Client brand names and logos shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

Dion Studio provides products and services as described and is not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or business opportunities. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

10. Personal data

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

Dion Studio may update these terms from time to time. The effective date is shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version prevails.
